We provide junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in Monterey County, California. We donate and recycle reusable items where possible and dispose of the rest responsibly.

Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Prices are ranges, not flat rates — the final price depends on the volume, weight, access, labor, and materials of the actual job. We confirm pricing before we begin work, and you're free to decline.

Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise. We accept common payment methods such as cash and Zelle.

We'll do our best to meet the date and window we agree on. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can. We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot take hazardous materials (such as paint, motor oil, chemicals, propane tanks, ammunition, or asbestos). If you're unsure about an item, ask us first and we'll point you to the right local resource.

Please make sure the items are accessible and that appliances are empty at the time of pickup. By scheduling a pickup, you confirm that you own the items or are authorized to have them removed and disposed of, and that nothing of value is left in them.

We take care to protect your property while we work. We are licensed and insured. If you believe we caused damage, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

We route reusable items to local charities and recyclers whenever possible, but we can't guarantee that any specific item will be accepted, donated, or recycled rather than disposed of.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for items removed at your direction or for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Monterey County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
